There is a number of reasons why Dundee is popular with people. Property prices in the golf estate of Piperdam range from £350,000 to over £450,000 and the average house price in Broughty Ferry is £209,000.
There are many things to do in Dundee that have appeal. Through the main thoroughfare, Dundee offers a wide variety of high street names, independent retailers and award winning shopping centres. Dundee boasts four theatres staging productions ranging from local dramatic societies to famous classical orchestra performances. Dundee is also perfect for families with educational science centres and museums, two cinemas, ice skating, indoor carting and the famous Camperdown Park.
